i used to try and play it in the arcade. try. i never got to get any practice in cuz there were these 'leet otaku dudes' who would camp the game all day. one of them even had a little pouch for his quarters. there were two main ones. a shorter, pudgyer kid who was obviously the apprentice in training. and the tall, skinny kid, who was the master of all things 'japan'. one time i was fed up with the campery so i agreed to race the pudgy kid, and by some fluke i beat him. he got mad, and went to get the tall skinny kid to beat me. i was subsequently beaten and the pudgy kid won vicariously i guess. notice i avoided the use of the word 'geek' in this story... ooops.

haha, excellent. im truly glad he got a car and a life. no one should spend that much time on a video game.. ever. especially when dollars per play are involved. Jake, if you read this, I sold my FC a while ago, but I would be happy to bust out the G-Marquis anytime and we can 'Go Drift Style All Over The Road'. speed speed lover games not over, hot glitters on the track!!

I had the pc game, it was horrible, don't bother. I got it online a while back, and haven't been able to find it again, but it's not worth it anyway. The ps2 game can be played with a softmod, but you will probably need a hdd for your ps2. Nothing is as good as the arcade game anyway.
