or even better, use mozilla and get the DTA (download them all) plugin and download everything off any given webpage

Umm... Clicking on it works, if your MIME settings are setup correctly you'll be asked to download it, if not right click -> save target as.
If you can't download it, then you must have something wrong...
And NO, you don't have to use Mozilla/Firefox to get it to work... Hey maybe nows a good time to try THE INTERNET EXPLORER 7 BETA
