I can see if they got raped or something like that but if they did it on their own will and had a kid just make the kid go through it so then they can't just get off easy than give the kid up for adoption. Cause if the girl has to go through the birth of the child maybe make her think twice before having sex again cause then it's not an easy way out just to go have an abortion

I agree 110%. This is where the dems and I have our biggest falling out.

I would agreed with Tufte, the child belongs to the two individual, so they should be able to do whatever they want with it. The government have no rights to tell the mother or father what to do with their child.

I dont think they should be able to take it out on an innocent child because they aren't "ready" for a child yet..

All he did was defend himself for getting them. At least he was there. 9 out of 10 of the people on his swiftboat backed up his story. PLUS ABC news went to Vietnam and found residents that backed up what happened on the river the day that he got his last one. I'm sure, like anything political, there is some gray area, but it seems that he is on the up and up. Also, if he wasn't under fire, why was his swiftboat taken out of commission to be repaired for multiple holes due to gunfire?

Not everyone expect to have a child when engaging intercourse. Giving birth to a baby when the couple are not ready will make matters worse not only to the two individual but also the baby itself.

Thats why you give the good ole adopting agency a call. If you can't afford it, you still give the kid a chance at life

Again, I gotta agree w/ Kirk here, but I am a bit biased, as I was adopted.

I think abortions are just too easy to get. Period. There should be a 3 week waiting period in which the mother would be required to attend classes 2 nights (or days) a week where they would discuss all the available choices. Not necessary push pro-life on them, but have people come in who have had abortions done and tell them the emotions that ran through them. Possibly have someone w/ little/no regrets for having one and one who was devastated after the fact. Show them what they might expect. Tell them about other options. Educate them.

I agree, both have said the other served honorably, so why won't the talking heads and spin-meisters drop it?

The Republican sponsored "patriot act" has taken away more civil liberties than any other bill ever presented before congress. Period. Just because I don't agree I'm a communist? WTF happened to free speech in this country? Why can't someone have a different opinion politically than you w/o being labeled a "commie" or "traitor". The fear-mongering that this administration has pulled nearly parallels that of the 3rd Reich. We are already heading towards national ID cards. Next thing you know we will have to go through registration lines and swear our allegiance to the Republican Party. Then what? Prison sentences for those that don't agree with you? We're almost there. When in the hell did it become the Secret Services job to remove people from political events held by the president while wearing clothing that supports the other candidate? What is Bush afraid of? Why can't people come to his rallies and question him on policies w/o the fear of jail/removal from the crowd? If he is such a Uniter, then why the FUCK doesn't he have the balls to field tough questions from the crowd? Why does he have them removed? What is he scared of? looking like a fucking idiot? He can't do much worse than he is now.

So kirk and joey you two also beleive in not using stem cell research like good o'l bush?

Bush needs to learn about a little part of the constitution called... Seperation of Church and State and stop making stupid decisions linked to his religious beleifs. A good leader should never bring religion into the way he runs his country and takes care of his people.

Oh and in a perfect world Communism would work... so look out kirk the commies are comin for ya! 😄

I agree, so is exit polling. Can swing an election, because sub-consciously people always want to vote for the "winning team"

Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it.
