Car got backed into

My car got backed into for the second time in a month. It is obviously too much to expect that the guilty party's would leave a note. At this point I'm looking at paying my deductible twice in order to get it repaired.......F*CK! Anyway, I was hoping that someone could give me some guidance on where I should take it to be fixed. Allied gave me the option of Quality, Northwest, or Larry's for the estimate. Does anyone have any opinions, good or bad on these three? Thanks in advance.

I have had good luck with progressive down south just off 32 ave. I was rear ended on the interstate in minniapolis(long story).They said it would be $950 to repair it and pull the frame and repaint the quarter panal. quality wanted $2100 to do the same work.
