It doesn't matter what the fastest 4-banger or V8 is, because we all know that the quickest cars at the track this year are I6 powered.

Quite funny..All-motor 4bangers have been known to hit 10s
so they are out there.. but in the area? Not too sure, but I know I was reading on Mnneons.org, about 13-second screamers that have No F/I or n2o :icon_sunny: which is faster than some V8s at the track
But... You won't see that too often, since it's a more $$$ route to go vs. F/I or adding n2o.. -

There are guys on Honda-tech running 9's with N/A single cams! Bisimoto ran 9.97 at over 135mph with an F series last month. -

He picked up just a bit more peak horsepower this year, but added a lot of power under the curve. The GSR should undoubtedly be easier to drive fast...throw on a drag geared suspension and I think its definitely the most capable car out there.
On another note, I expect my car to see 12's all-motor, I realize that's not blistering fast by any means...but it's a start.

Well I put suspension in at the end of last year. JIC FLT-A2s, 12k fronts, 14k rears. It rides like a brick shithouse now. As far as this year, traction bars are on the way as soon as they come off of backorder, and boost control will no longer be my right foot.
If you look at my passes last year, Tuftes hatchback was .2 faster in the 60ft, .3 faster @ 330ft, and only .1 slower @ the 1/8 mile. Yet after that it was .7 to .9 slower in the 1/4 mile. I'll get all of that taken care of this year so that doesn't happen, as well as having another 150 hp on top of what I had last year hopefully.

Your gonna need some damn good traction bars and tires.... and such, because I know of this dsm that will leave you out of the hole and you better make alot more power to cetch it in the top end...
