Tire Shop Ruined My Rim!

A tire shop on main, that will remain anonymous due to legal issues, fixed my tire becuase of a screw in it, but during that process, they RUINED the lip on my Iforged 19's.
There is a prybar DENT in the outside of it, and the lip is scratched the entire way around.
I had the manager come look at my wheels before he started, with the specific purpose of telling me if he could do the job without ruining the wheel from the mount / dismount of the tire. He said no problem.
The then proceede to tell me it couldn't have been thier machine, but it had to have been something else (like what?!!?!?).
I have multiple witnesses to prove that the wheel was in perfection condition before it went there.
What do I do next? Call a lawyer?

I would. Explain to them how much the wheel costs, how "rare" it is, etc. And that they suck at life too.

There is nothing wrong with saying the shops name. He can not sue you for slander, or I guess in this case libel because it's written. A complete defense to any defamation (slander or libel) action is truth. If it's the truth that they ruined your rim, you have nothing to worry about.

Jim just talk to a lawyer and have him or her demand that a claim be filed with their insurance company to reimburse or replacement of the wheel. I called that yesterday when I found the screw in your tire. That's complete bullshit and Fargo Tire is liable for their workmanship or lack there of and is responsible for reimbursemant or replacement of your wheel. I knew this would happen. My only regret is that I wasn't able to do the repair for you when I found it. MAKE EM PAY!!!!!

doesnt suprise me that they used a prybar....those are a bitch to get off the rim. You would think they have a damn good tire machine, but even with that, its not the very fun. They know they fucked it up.
Some guy fucked up 8 new 18" R rims reallly bad at my (old) work...almost in protest over our old POS tire machine....after my manager buying 2 new sets of rims a new tire machine magically showed up the next week! funny how bitching about it for the last year before that didnt do shit....
go back to the manager and show him. they will reimburse you.

I have dealt with Fargo Tire a lot through Quality Auto Body and I never really liked them in the first place. If they dont pay for your rim thats bullshit. Id deffinetely go back there and tell them they have to replace it or you will be getting a lawyer. How much did you pay for your rims? If they tell you no, then lets fuck up there reputation completely. I work in the parts dept. of Corwin Toyota and they lost my business now. Ill make sure everyone else I know never goes there again.

thats shitty.....you can take them to small claims...but even if you win....they decide when they want to pay you....the court might tell them they have to pay you....but thats not saying that they actually will.
My dads taken numerous people to small claims court for bad checks to his business and such...and the person just never pays him and theres nothing he can do about it.....so good luck to ya though. -
