2 bedroom apartment

my neighbor just moved back home because he and his g/f are pregant. Problem is he just signed another year lease and is only a month into it. They told him the only way out is if he can find someone to take over the lease for him. So, if anyone is interested let me know! I can take some pics, and I can show it to you if you want. We would just have to arrange a time. Its in the osgood developments right behind the new hornbachers. Its on third floor. Any more q's let me know!

im sorry, I swore I put a price! Its 650/mo I believe. At least that is what im paying and I have the same size apt. Everything is included except electric. Durring the winter that runs about 30 cuz its water heat. Durring the summer, well this summer especially, I have had it up to 70 if we run the a/c all the time. I'll try and get some pics tomorrow when its light. It has a great balcony view over all the new houses. Plus there is one of those huge ditches behind us so there will never be houses right there. I'll work on the pics, any other q's?

thats funny. When I was with goldmark, they charged me 90 bucks to do some dusting and throw a bit of stuff away. They were like, "75 dollars because the tops of the fans were still dusty and 15 dollars to throw trash in the dumpster" or something. PRG I got all of my deposit back
