I think they're trying to actually make this something for true junkyard cars, there is a lot of cheap muscle out there. By disallowing cars w/ more than 4 cylinders and cars that are super/turbocharged by nature it makes it a much more fair playing field, it makes people search out creative ways to make their cars fast(er) rather than taking a fast car already and making it into an even faster car.

                  Exactly!

John a 88 Civic would be perfect for this tournament. Cheep and light!

                      Nope check the rules.

                      1. Even parts that you havent payed for need to be logged at cost.
For example "Lets say you have a no2 kit laying around and intall that on your car, thats $500 bucks that should be taken off your budget."

I'm just trying to be fair to us guys who don't have all kinds of parts lying around.

                      Lawn chair, haha!

And as far as my sig goes the sickest part is the picture part of it is a "School Shooting" grapic I made for the news.

i called him back at 7 tonight and he said someone bought it this afternoon. I WAS PISSED!
I also found a 92 civ that needed a new HG for 600 but it sold he first day it went in the paper. My friend has an 89 plymouth colt plymouth hatchback version of mitsu mirage. He bought it for 200 and it needs a new ECU so his neighbor he bought itfrom is taking it back. I gotta find a new ecu and price it out and see if its worth it. Anyone know of or have any ECUs that would work or it?

yeah, Ive been thinkging about that. I think he wants aout 200 for the car now that he knows it has a bad ecu. Its rocking a 4g15 right now. I know SLS does swaps, but they I don't like to show my face in there very often. I get scared. Is there anyone who would consider helping/ completing on a swap for a certain price. I also do not have a source for the motor since they are becoming fewer and fewer. if anyone has more info or sources on the swap, I would love to hear it. Thread officially JAcked!
