What a way to start my college career. Today I pull onto 12th ave N on the way to NDSU I start smelling something funny and just figured it was something to do with either the train tracks or those industrialish buildings on the north of the road. As I pull into the southern part of the campus I realize my assumption was wrong as the smell is still there, quite strong now, and electrical/plastic in nature. I turn right and am on pretty much the opposite side of campus from my parking lot when smoke just starts pouring out from under the hood. I pulled off into some lot and popped the hood to find my radiator fan had taken a crap on me. Now I get to go buy a new damn fan assembly because Ford is gay and doesn't sell just straight up fan motors...retarded!
At least I didn't get a parking ticket for not parking in my lot...

No it didn't overheat. I was able to drive it back home, just a very uncomfortable ride with the vents cranked on HIGH HEAT. Now I am waiting on a call back from my boss who knows somebody at lunde to compare that price with autozone/checker autos prices.
