ricer meet tonight?
-
Kmart=Instantly kicked out...they have a no loitering policy and the police aren't afraid to enforce it
-
why not just meet in the new scheels parking lot.....the owner is into cars himself so i dont think it would be a big deal....and he gets the parking lot swept everyniht anyways.
-
45th st. south... By Happy Harry's ....you cant miss it.
-
Just a thought, but perhaps we should get permission from people before we take over their lots. I'd say the OLD scheels parking lot on 13th might be a better choice until we have permission.

Plus it's a better location, although we have gotten kicked out of there before a few years back, i think a few times last year as well. -

I wouldnt consider it taking over the parking lot....its not like we pull up and start setting up tents or booths or something...i would consider that taking over a parking lot......but then again i'm probably wrong....this is chuck im arguing with.

its more of a loitering offense to just sit in a parking lot rather then park, go inside, shop and leave that gets us kicked out.i say we send chuck up to the scheels guy in moorhead, show him the thread on fs about his supra, tell him how much wed appreciate if we could have a place to hang out on weekend nights without making a mess and if we do one tiny weenie lil screw up, he can kick us out.

he lives by my parents, should I just go ring his doorbell and ask him?
we'd probably get a more realistic chance if we sent a grown up figure up for permission. -
fine...but I'm probably not going anywhere tonight

Like Kirk said, it is loitering on private property if you are not there on business and the business owner has every right in the world to ask us to leave (see our experiences with Kmart, Hornbachers, the church on 13th Ave, etc, etc, etc...) Besides, I would think it would be a common courtesy to go in and ask permission first, would it not? Especially since we've apparently been kicked off other property owned by Scheels in the past.
