No. Since ND stopped paying for Coyote hides, and there basically being no one out there who wants a coyote hide, they have been gaining numbers and moving closer to populated areas. Also, deer are starting to come closer to the city too, which is their priary source of food.

I think the govt should pay for an alloted number of hides to help controll the population, but not destroy it.
