    anyone planning on ordering an engine from these guys dont do it, i placed my order with this website on the 29th of october, got my money order in the mail that day and sent it with registered mail, early this week i got the receipt back from registered mail so i know they have my money order, but still no engine, ive sent them 5 emails.....i havent got an answer from them yet, before ordering the engine they answere all my emails right away but now after i have ordered one they are treating me like shit, ok so i call their phone and i get an operater saying the mobile number i am trying to reach is currently unavailble so i leave a message with my number and asked that they call me back, no call yet so its been 20 days since i placed this order, and they still wont talk to me i just want to know when im getting this engine, cuz im getting to the point where im thinking about driving my ass to vancouver and getting it myself, so the bottom line is avoid www.totaljdm.com if you want to get a product on time, ive been asking on other forums now and one guy told me it took 2 and a half months to get his, and if it takes that long for mine to get here i will make sure to leave negative feedback about this company on every decent sized auto forum.....yeah dude i'm pissed..

      do you read the honda-tech boards? lots of people on there have good luck with totaljdm.com

        they probably have to order the engine themselves... Who knows; my friend ordered a carbon fiber hood off of ebay; took almost 2 months.. some stuff comes quick; some doesn;t. Who knows....

          that's not really the point though... the point is a business needs to maintain a certain level of customer service, and not returning e-mails and phone calls is terrible business practice...

          who cares if people have had good luck with them, apparently they are treating him like shit!

            ya true true; that's messed up. I'd keep try'n to call; e-mail; lv msg's.. And than start ask'n for refunds if you dont hear back... ya know

              thats not the same company that does Lightning and Ford engines is it? there is a JDM that has a bad rap for selling shit to the truck community

                  They sound like SharkRacing.com as well. Same thing happens all the time for tib owners from a couple of companies. They should be responding, but JDM and KDM take much longer to get usually. I ordered some stuff from Korea on Oct 15, and I still don't have it. Just wait it out, and keep trying. That toll free number doesn't work??? Have you tried AIM as well yet?

                    make sure you're trying all avenues of communication. i've heard of some places that will later ask if you tried contacting them via "-----" because they moved and the phone wasn't connected yet, etc....

                      MVP Motorsports did the same with me.............turns out they were just busy planning a Supra meet, however, my exhuast took almost 4 months to receive and my BBK almost 3 months to receive from Evolution Autosports..... keep at it.............. if nothing works find out who their distributors are and contact them personally, sometimes they seem to know more than the people you actually place a order with...

                        well now ive tried reaching them everyway except the aol instant messenger, i called again today and didnt get anything but an answering machine, today i sent them an email to every email account they have listed and through their live help desk which no one is ever online to take your questions, this is some really bad customer service

                          keep records of the emails and phone calls in case you have to sue them to get your money back is my suggestion
