the law in Wisconsin states it is illegal to have sex with a LIVE animal (from what i've been able to gather and the news reports that have come down). However sick this act is, it may not be illegal, other than from the indecent exposure laws. I'm not saying I'm condoning it, just that legally he probably didn't do anything illegal just by fucking a dead animal.

How do you know whether or not the animal is a consenting animal? Whether or not it's alive or dead.
