Just read this thread and I can't believe you skinny guys are complaining about being skinny! Try being tubby for a while and see how you like it. This is some good motivation to eat healthier and try to lose some weight.

Good idea. The motivation should come from yourself wanting to change though.... Same with any of life problems. Not to get all philosophical and shit.

Most of the younger kids on this site have not hit the mid twenties brick wall of lost metabolism and dont realize how hard your weight can become to manage. Also with temptations like fast food, esp in North Dakota, which lacks any sort of healthier alternatives, are hard to ward off. SUPERSIZE ME is a great documentary on how bad fast food is for a person.

What does everyone think of the guy who has basically only eaten Big macks for the past 20 some odd years?....

Well let me say this in reference to the spike pill....I usually need a huge mug of coffee in the morning (i hate coffee too so I lace it with about 4 heaping scoops of nesquik) and even then about 3/4 through Calc i'll start feeling drowsy. This morning I popped a SPIKE pill and skipped the coffee, didn't once feel tired, and felt quite mentally alert compared to usual...

May I ask what type of coffee your drinking. There are a lot of variances in different, beans/blends.

                    Thiamene is Vitamin B1
                    About the Cellulose
Microcrystalline Cellulose is hardly a new product. As a naturally occurring substance, it has proven to be stable, safe and physiologically inert

and the other products all follow these same descriptions

No but things like croscarmelose, which is a fabricated term, isn't even legal for use in food or drugs, but is a ingredient in the pill form of spike.

Just be careful what you put in your body is all.

I am not sure why any one would want to use a supplement. Not to get in a heated battle over it or anything.

Some people NEED supplements. The only supplements I will ever use for training are Whey and maybe a multi-vitamin...

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I can get NOXplode for about 32-6 $ a crack (1-2 months depending on you stimulant resistance)

bryce you can grab it today.

Eat high complex carb food, eat like two donuts and milk before bed (kills metabolism), lots of protien, lift as slowly and heavily as you can without getting into painful joint stress. Stay away from athletic lifts (cleans, leg xt, cable crosses, etc., and use presses/controled motion lifts, also Squat, squat, squat.
