Xbox 360 mod......

Just wondering if anybody on here has done or know somebody who does the xbox 360 mod and their opinions on it. I know one person who has done it, and it works great so far...no issues. Has like 16 games downloaded and burned so far. Just a bit tricky to do I guess. I would like to have it done, but I dont want my 360 f-ed up in the process. Any opinions?

I know how to mod 360s... and there are actually several ways now.
One is flashing the DVD drive with new firmware (or patching it depend on what model you have), the other is to solder a new chip in to place on the DVD drive.
Each Xbox Live update brings new challanges, so I'd wait and see how the mods pan out in the next few months before I do anything drastic.
