GaryHe had more than that, guaranteed. He at least had a reflash/utec/accessport/something, since the ECu in those cars is so fucking controlling that it detunes every mod you add.

didnt have the ecu while i was there, i helped with the install and i know for a fact. did some more stuff and a reflash after i left, no idea what it did at that point. on the street he would get me about a car and i would creep to about even by the 1/4, and i was running low 12's, had a few mph on him up top, but couldnt get out of the hole too good.

i've always been an Evo fan because i think they look meaner, but from what i've heard, the STi is a much more refined car...

Every test I've seen on the two side by side says that the Evo was the refined one and the STI was more "in your face" so-to-speak. One quote form a recent comparison said that the EVO was easier to drive hard but, the STI seemed to be more spirited to drive.

2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. The car currently has a hair over 23k miles on the vehicle. The color is Rally Red. The only option this car has is the power sunroof option. This Lancer is also equipped with a 3M clear bra on the front nose Now on to the modification list
- HKS 264 Cams
- Pruven Front Mount Intercooler kit w/ Polished hard pipes
- Unorthodox Cam Gears
- 3" Turbo back Exhaust
- Apex'i Super AFC II (untuned, zero'd out)
- Drycell Lightweight Battery
- Cone Filter Induction
Now the bad-
-The rear left tail light is developing condensation from crack (will replace tail light before sale)
-The left a-pillar panel will need to be change because of holes drilled for tripe gauge pod which was removed from previous owner. (has three holes in it, but panel can be purchased and replaced)- The dimmer switch went bad on the vehicle so the instrument panel is not adjustable at the moment.
- Wheels do have some curb rash
- Check engine light on (most likely from Downpipe)
- No original trunk mat and missing a few panels in the trunk from previous owner
- Clutch will probably not last too long with these mods on there.
- Windshield has a small a chip (may or may not pass MD state inspection depending on who you take it to)
