i wont be running vista for about a year. i dont trust microsoft. all their shit is buggy for quite a while.

Once i read reviews on it being VERY stable, ill use it.

I think the MS in MSDOS stands for Microsoft. keep in mind that dos has existed in several forms prior to microsoft offering its version. I remember quite well IBM DOS and I'm sure there were others. In fact, I remember when it wasn't PC or MAC, but rather "IBM Compatible" and "Apple".

Even XP seemed to have on-going updates all the times..
Same will go for Vista; shit! I'd be more worried about not seeing updates.. Seems there will always be loopsholes and people will find ways to exploit them.

how can one obtain Vista right now? im interested in trying it out on my Mac. I just got done updating XP Pro completely and runs great. I hardly ever run windows anymore but I have it for those apps that must use it.

just find a torrent with it, theres two ways of activation the BIOS method and then the server method

I sure hope I dont need more than 2Gig of ram in my Mac. It will cost nearly $600-700 to upgrade to the full 3Gigs right now.

What torrent did you use to get it? any other ways I could possibly get it from you and how to do the Bios reg?
