The guy lives over by me I assume. There is also another black 240sx over by that area a lot with plates that say "DRIFT" on them. Don't know what this has to do with anything, but I thought I'd mention it.

OMG, why would he paint it like that???? Does he think it looks good like that??? Why not have it painted real nice with fancy paint if he was trying to make it look good???
