G35 tonight

G35's are extremely over wieght. I drove one and was not extremely impressed, they need more power, alot of it. but they handle like a dream.

Was a black 350z with black rims and tint?(what kenn stated)

ummm depending on year and tranny up to 306hp. older ones had 285, put the cars respond well to bolt ons.

Yes, but at night they are hard to tell the differance, even more so, when the car is fully debadged with mods.

I'm willing to bet ryan could tell the difference...they aren't THAT similar of a vehicle.

Even with a bodykit that makes it more 350zish it still doesn't resemble it that much IMO

there is a slight chance that it could be mistaken from the side... the side profiles are similar

nope, G35, had the tails and the headlights......and for future note, i can easily tell what kinda car is ahead of me or behind me from several blocks away.....i get this from being a car nut for way too long and working on them every single day.

side profiles there bud... everyone can tell a g35 from behind... but the side profile are pretty similar...

I've always wondered why people think they look so similar...even from the sides I can see a ton of differences between the two. Maybe it's because i've been around 350's too much in the past 2 years.

I looked at his for sale thread and the power adders were intake, header, exhaust, and an ecu reflash.

that reflash was the key in unlocking a lot of the power. the intake (no longer on the car) and exhaust helped, but the reflash is what helps the most on these cars. only wish it was kpro instead of the hondata reflash for more control and tuning. im not doing anything else to the car (always wanted the comptech charger) but im moving to a more luxury car next. hopefully by fall.

edit: oh, and i swear these engines love the cold air. It feels like there is an extra 25 horseys when it is this cold. the damn thing just pulls hard as hell.
