Is anyones cable one dicking out?

call and complain...ever since I did that I've had zero complaints (it took a while to figure out what was wrong...but I got credited $250 on my cable bill for my time w/ crappy service)

877-692-2253 is their internet tech support. Call and bitch, but be decent about it if you actually want them to help you.

I bet you won't be on hold that long...I just got through in 3 minutes. Including entering my phone number etc....

I have to unplug/plug-back in my cable modem from time to time..
But that's because I believe since I have it going thru a router that I haven't set a static IP, so it switches or something like that from time to time. Not 100% sure, other than that, seems to normally be fine for me. -
Cable One's customer service is among the best. Most of the time, same day service. Like Tjamz said, you'll likely receive a huge discount or "refund" on your bill. I haven't ever had horrible service from them and when I did have a bad connection with the internet, they came out and found a bad splitter that they installed. No complaints from me other than being kinda spendy. Nothing you really can do about that tho around here.
