^^^^Very well put. I agree with everything you just said. ^^^^
Now, Imagine smoking more than 2 packs a day and trying to replcae that with something. My activity level didn't change either. I just never got more active to offset the metabolism change. Now, I gotta work my ass off to try and get back to a weight I'm actually comfortable with.
Why thank you....
I was about a one and half to two packs a day, I know your pain.

i do but trying to quit!!! got any suggestions on how to quit without the patches, pills, or the gum!!!!!
I used the gum to get through the first 4 days and it worked great for me. The key is not only to stop smoking, but to make sure you are mentally ready to never, ever smoke again...ever...not when you are drunk, not when you are pissed about something...never. Good luck man:icon_thumright: -
i smoke marb 27 but trying to quit since last year when my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer... i have quit for short amounts of time and the easiest time for me to quit was when i went on vacation with family... kinda takes your mind off it
