For 1, the lot is half empty when I get there, and I got the ticket 14 minutes before it switched over. Is it really that big of a deal for me to park in a half empty lot 15 minutes before it switches? I realize i'm technically in the wrong but honestly, they must seriously need some money or some shit if they feel the need to cite me for that.
I'm totally fine with getting worthwhile tickets...when I was doing dounuts in the parking lot I deserved the exhibition driving ticket I got. When I rolled the stopsign I deserved the ticket I got. When I get a ticket for parking in a half empty lot 30>* minutes before it's open to anyone that's nitpicky bullshit.

ive gotten a speeding ticket for 1 mph over the limit. I was speeding. my fault. I paid the fine and went on with my life. Maybe its time to man up and take responsibility for your own action. This isnt me on a high horse. this is me getting sick of whiny bullshit like this all the time. You were in the wrong. Pay the fine and fucking deal with it.

every city cop/state patrol i've talked to all say they wont pull you over if your going 1-4mph over. but once you hit 5 and above they will.

It was in Mandan, ND back in 2001. The ticket was the minimum fee. I cant remember exactly but i think it was 20 or 25 bucks. So apparently not every city cop follows the trends of the others. Plus its Mando. Nobody likes mando. its the slums of bismarck. the cop didnt like a obnoxiously loud 1964 Dodge painted in plum crazy purple speeding even alittle bit in his town.
it probably had to do with what i was driving. and the lack of luck too. oh well. I paid it and moved on.
