The minimum post limit is in place to deter people from simply joining to post their stuff for sale. By simply meeting the 10 post minimum with worthless posts within a half hour and then stopping doesn't count. If you show that you're here for more than free advertising, you will be allowed to post in the marketplace section. Until then, don't bother posting in the classifieds.
