I'm working on a 2000 Jeep Grang cheroke with a clunking noise from the rear when hitting bumps. I've already replaced the rear shocks, and that didn't solve anything. I also disconnected the rear swaybar links and still had the noise, and i can't find any rubber mounts that are bad. Can anyone give me some ideas on what else to check, or maybe point me in another direction? Any input would help.

The engine and tranny are both fully assembled (rebuilt) but the engine needs new valve covers, they got bent when heads from another engine were accidentally set on them. I'd like to get $800 for the tranny and $2000 for the engine. I was told they were worth at least that with all the parts and labor in them. Otherwise make an offer and I'd be glad to consider it.

I have a 1974 GM 454 and TH 400 availabe separate to together. Cylindersare bored .060 over making it a 467 if i did my math right, and crank is .010 under, all new everything. Engine includes intake. This is the old block with the really think cylinder walls. Transmission also was completely torn apart and rebuilt with a performance shift kit installed. Im trying to find out a casting number for a 92 gm 350 block. Can anyone tell me a number for one or how I can find out for myself?

Whats the "TEG" that some of you are talking a bout? Is that a specific LS model or what?

Ok what abouit like body style? Is there any difference beetween the type R and the LS body or frame? Im sure its got a different fuel system and computer and such. And could I make it as good as or close to as good as a Type R With modifications. I know It's gona get a different engine and suspention. Oh and I found out its a 1990.

I was looking at buying an Integra this weekend but it wasn't the type R it was just the LS model. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between them? Im pretty sure it was the second generation Integra but I didn't find the exact year. I know this one isn't a type R.

I'm working on a 94' Jeep Cheroke with a 4.0L that has an overheating problem and I'm running out of ideas to fixt it. I've replaced the water pump, tried a cooler thermostat, flushed the radiator, checked air flow to the radiator and replaced the temp. sensor and now I'm out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions?

LS1? Isn't that a corvette engine? That little car would book with that in it. What kind of cost would I be looking at with the LS1 or the EJ20T. And I can only i magine how much work is in volved in putting all wheel drive in it. But I guess if its gona be a show car its already gona be alot of work.

I found a wrecked 1990 Mazda Miata that I'm thinking about trying to buy for cheap and was wondering if anyone had any oppinions or advice on an engine to put in it (four or six cylinder). I was thinking about a rotory engine but I don't think I'm every familiar with them. If you could leave a short reason for why you think any particular engine would be best I'd appreciate it. Or any other advice would be good too.
