easiest way to do it that i've found:
upload the pics on imageshack or photobucket
copy the URL of the pic you want to post
create a post/reply to a post (not quick reply...unless you enter the image tags yourself) and click on the "Insert Image" icon in the reply toolbar and then past the URL of the pic that you want to show.
