For the most part that Wikipedia article is true, The VFA 105 is part of the Atlantic Carrier Air Group. The Capt's of the flight is actually a very well decorated Gulf war 1 vet, looked up his info and was surprised what i found.

Captain Lewis’ first sea tour was in VA-72 flying the A-7 Corsair. During his tour with the “Bluehawks” he deployed onboard USS JOHN F. KENNEDY from August 1990 to April 1991 in support of Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM. He was selected as an exchange officer and served with the Royal Navy’s 800 Naval Air Squadron flying the Sea Harrier. While on assignment with the Royal Navy, he deployed in HMS INVINCIBLE to the Far East from August – November 1992, and to the Adriatic Sea from July 1993 to February 1994 in support of Operation DENY FLIGHT. He served as a Department Head with the “Golden Dragons” of VFA-192 in Japan, deploying in USS INDEPENDENCE from August – November 1995 and February – June 1997. During this tour, he was selected as the Commander, Naval Air Force Pacific Fleet Aviator of the Year for 1996. He reported as the Executive Officer of the “Valions” of VFA-15 and deployed in USS ENTERPRISE from April – November 2001 in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
Captain Lewis’ personal awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal (seven Strike Flight and four Individual with Combat “V”), three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two with Combat “V”), and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, as well as various service and campaign awards.
