holy bawls batman.
that is pretty bad.
i remember growing up seeing how much faster newer combines could cruise than our old ass masseys, i learned damn quick to not assume a combine is moving slow
those things can clip along pretty fast.

from one of the previous owners:its been around, with lots of combos in it.
Mexican block (factory)
s-trim blower
TFS street heat heads
the old fel pro EFI system
C-6 trans
9' rearSo there it is, got a small blower and is not over 500whp, no wonder he wont race anyone.
lol
well if thats the case, i now know why he wouldnt race me.
idk why anyway. all i has is a stock LS motor :icon_scratch: in an overweight F body:( with nothing but stereo equipment.
but i guess ill settle for being in the top 5 fastest cars in wahp.
that and he wouldnt even roast the tires on the street real quick.
even after i called him a pussy, and said that he couldnt cut them loose anyway
i asked him to run me too and he just gave me the same bs.
this is what i got out of it all
302 motor.
Procharged V1 type S supercharger @ 15psi
998hp (crank or wheels, idk, bullshit either way)
transbrake (oh rly?)
has a 5 gallon fuel cell, battery cutout at the rear, roll cage, ect.
although the tires dont seem wide enough for an 8.5
oh another thing, even the Vortech chargers that are S trim, are only rated to 800ish hp, and thats at 20psi
thats what i "heard"
wow
thank you once again Nelson.
what would we do without you.
i enjoy having cash for both. having already invested about 600 dollars into an amp/sub/box setup, i have found that i can just sell my shit and get something different.
plus getting wire isnt a real problem with me, just go home and take some from the shop.
i have 2 car plans, the DD'er, compete car audio, and the other, the Fast car, with simple upgrades.
i try to balance out my cash, because i love both so much.
that and i do Home Theater too, so i balance it 3 ways..
but totally.
and is it TJamz?
where is it exactly that your store is? cause id love to check out what you have for RE
i would totally go to events around here, but from what ive heard there arent many.
people arent into car audio?!?!!!
ARE THEY NUTS!
im CRAZY into car audio. i ran an L7 at 141.3 and i want MORE SPL
so to RE audio i go. SX series....WOOT
dissapoints me that people arent into car audio anymore....

welcomeI agree, LSx > all
but please no on the STS, put it where it belongs
you say you are getting ready for boost........ so I don't understand why you are doing an aggressive cam with that low of a LSA when you want to boost it eventually........... seems like you will be doing stuff twice
goes along with what your thinking on the injectors......... keep your stock cam or get a low overlap boost cam, because that is what is going to kill your mpg,........ injectors have nothing to do with it......
with a tune (obviously) 60lbs are gonna do just as well as 26lbs
ah, that was my downfall, i had my LSA theory backwards. for some reason i was thinking smaller LSA was boostworthy...
so in that case 114 and upwards? i still havent started looking for the specific cam yet...
thx for straighting me out man. any more thoughts on the STS project? haha. its cheap, and makes ponies, thats about all i can say about STS
its not like im about to do a TT APS build. i dont want to spend the $$ for that.

Welcome man, all of your cars look tight. So whats this "something amazing" you're talking about?
well you know
it makes your exhaust go WHIRR, makes a high pitched whine, and goes PSH when you let off the gas

STS rear mount. looking to do it in 2-3 years. i am just a poor college kid after all, lol. i really need to do the supporting mods first, clutch, pushrods, maybe rear end a bit, and DEFINITELY subframe connectors.
thinking the 8 psi kit, running 5 on the street ~400whpish at 5psi, just on stock motor, cam and other mods obviously more.
itll happen someday, just not that soon. i have a lot of stuff to deal with right now moneywise.

you gonna be in wahp this weekend? is the TA there? I might have to come check it out.
Gary
sadly no, its sleeping at home 7 hours away.
ill have it in March down here though.
plans for within 6 months include new pushrods(strengthening for something amazing :D), new beehive springs, and a new cam, with a ridiculous duration, lift, and somewhere around a 110 overlap....again, getting ready for something crazy
and a flash tuner of course.... it already has Borla catback, so thats a plus.
im trying to get as many mods as possible out of it without having to swap the injectors and lose my mpg completely.
the car does have a PILE of miles on it, so eventually the internals will have to be redone, but hopefully not too soon, maybe ill learn the hard way, maybe not. needs some visual upkeep, front and rear bumper would be nice, a new door (fiberglass is fucked) and new paint, but i know a body man cough, dad, cough
small things that need fixing, that i can DEFIANTLY live without having.
thx for the interest man.
well, the 57 is how do we say..... all original...in a bad way.
lots of rust from rat piss, other than the trunk most of the panels look amazing.
and the 61s are nice. see if i can find one....

im pretty sure its 61, and if not, its 62
EDIT:yeah, guess it is on the damn license plate, rofl. my bad.
thx for the warm welcome guys, and just so everyone knows, im a MAJOR LSx whore, so if its not fast enough, LSx it!
