Dreamweaver is a decent tool for a WYSIWYG editor (probably one of the best). Frontpage (and similar tools) bloats the hell out of their markup. Dreamweaver does too but not quite as bad - the advantage to Dreamweaver as you can easily flip over to the code and tweak/cleanup.
Flash.... that just shouldn't be used anymore - especially as a full site.
and I come back to the question - what does he want out of the site?
Been there, hang in there. Moved here from about 150 miles away to take a job, worked there for 6 months and got laid off, he knew i moved here for said job, still didn't care. That was 4 years ago, been laid off twice since. Now i have a shitty low paying job (went from 13 dollars an hour to 9.50) and can't seem to get fired from it for nothing! Not that i want to be, it's a job, just sucks. Keep looking you'll find something.
Did they catch the perp or did they ditch the vehicle and run? Sounds like they were being chased if they left the cash box in the car. Least the police found the car, good on them.

Wireless printers are cheap now too, btw. Mine was under $200 when I got it a year ago. That way you don't have to worry about setting up a print server, it's one less cable you need to use, and you don't have to worry about manually setting a static IP.
That with NAS is probably the easiest route.
