So you think you should just keep getting warnings? If you got a warning a week ago, then why didn't you fix it then. You deserve the ticket if you ask me.

DUIYou don't get to choose what test they give you. The cop gets to decide. And I think that introducing alcohol into the blood to test it is completely bogus. Lawyers lie all the time. That is what they do. I think he was feeding you a line of crap so that you would pay him to defend you, even though he knew you would probably lose.
