just to answer 4-5-6,
-your stock alternator and battery will provide more power than you will ever need.
-If your plan on running 2 amps you'll need 1 distrubution block for +, you dont really need one for the ground. But there are companies that make good 5 channel amps you could use ( i would look into this).
-No, you will never need a capacitor, they are a waste of money.

And last but not least...talk to chuck (trafikjamz) he'll hook you up with everything you need for a great price.

i'd be interested in just the shell if u ever decided to part with the motor/trans stuff..

yes, it has rust....thats what i said in the original post

It was a MN vehicle from 93 to 2010 so 17 years and 207,xxx miles of driving in MN will give it quite a bit of rust.

But its still a great dependable winter/4x4 vehicle. the 4.0's are bulletproof!
