Pretty much all you do is do an online draft at the beginning of the season to choose your team. Pick position players such as WR, RB, TE, QB, Kicker, and Defense. Then depending on how many yards or touchdowns they get, you get points. Most points wins the game each week. Obviously different match ups take place or injuries so using bench or picking up new players is necessary by weekly monitoring. You should join...takes about an hour or less of your time each week depending on how serious you want to be about it.
