He said the only thing it was missing was the center cap. Truth be told, it was being disposed of by one of the local dealerships because of a small imperfection (scratch) and they told him he could take it. Thanks for the input.

That's exactly what I would be thinking too.
It does look nice though. See if they will let you take it for a day and get it looked over completely. Before I bought my car, the owner let me take it for an entire day, plus overnight, to drive it and take it in to get inspected.

The integra had brand new potenzas on it when I bought it, and when I noticed the front two wearing out (damn you, misalignment) I replaced them with newer potenzas, I think 009's. I'd have to go look at which model each was.. but I liked the old potenzas better up front in the winter. Nice traction for the rest of the year, though.
Looking at just tread pattern - those nokians look really nice for snow.
