Those subs take at least 2000w each. 6kw is nothing that your stock electrical system should even be attempted with. I'm pretty sure thats 700-800 amps current draw, more as the voltage goes down. You'd need at least 2 huge alternators, a mess of batteries, substantial cables, upgraded mains, etc. You could run 1 hifonics sampson which should give around 6000w @ 1.34 ohm with some headroom to spare. At that point I don't think you are talking about a budget anymore tho. Playing with 6000w, there are alot of subs that will move alot more air than the XXX, which, lets face it, is the likely goal of such a system. You honestly arent going to run 6000w in a daily driven car so the SQL design of the XXX is moot. 1 XXX, 2000w ok sure, still gonna need to beef up that electrical system tho. Hell, im running a 150 amp alternator and 2 gauge (it's a short run) for just this 700 w. The point being my lights don't dim and I am already set up to run 1250w into 2 subs if I want to. Oh, and I threw together a .75ft^3 box tonight. Gonna let it dry and try it out tomorrow. My prediction is very tight midbass with great low end extension still. Im not looking for -3 at 35hz or anything but I don't listen to rap anyway

heat gun helps a bit. If its on the roll downs. Take them out and put paint and decal remover on them. Much easier then scraping. Also, say good bye to your rear defrost(if it has it). When you peal the tint off, it pulls off part of the strips. I had tint on my GP took it off cause it wasn't dark enought took me 25min for all 5 windows. My 240 had old bubbled purple tint. Took a whole weekend.

good find, friend bought a couple PG amps and a couple PG subs from them, and the quality was pretty good and the subs looked exactly like the ones at the local car audio shop, and we examined them pretty good because we thought they might be counterfits. but who knows the insides were prolly different, we didnt check that.

I love mine because if i want, I can turn my subs down to pretty much nothing. But If i want more bass I can do that to. The remote will not make the subs quieter then when the gain is all the way down, or louder then when its all they way up. And, I can do this all from my drivers seat and not have to up bolt and take the wires loose to get to my subs. How big is the amp? You amp may be to big for the rest of your stereo, even on low gain.

Hard to tell cool little box ya that looks like there 7kv. 6" sub i had 4 of those but gave two to my dad there fun and sound nice

I should use my bonneville as a test subject for something like this. I angle grind, sand, rust destroy, rust convert, and then duplicolor spraypaint it every fall just so it's semi presentable over winter. $400 cars FTW

His window tint is really really old and is not going to come of in 1 piece based on the way the other tint was coming off the side windows. and if it does come off, it will ruin the defrosters as you pull it off. I had similar problems and just swapped the glass out of the hatch. on the others. paint and decal remover worked amazing when the windows were out. other then that its lots of hard work.

I have some stuff called rapid remover, it's for removing glue and adhesive left from vinyl lettering. Works pretty good at really sticky stuff, maybe worth a try.
