Honestly what features do u get in new 3 series that u cant get in a new accord?Dynamic Stability Control:
**Brake Fade Compensation **-- As brakes heat up, they require additional foot pressure. This system compensates by adding pressure and reducing pedal force.
Brake Standby -- If the driver lifts off the gas pedal abruptly, the system snugs the pads against the rotor to reduce reaction time and stopping distance.
Brake Drying -- responds to the rain sensor (rain sensing windshield wipers are standard) by periodically moving the pads closer to the rotors to wipe them dry during wet conditions.
Comfort Stop -- eases brake pressure as you come to a stop to eliminate that jerking feel when the car comes to rest.
Start-off Assistant -- when facing uphill, this feature will hold brake pressure when you release the brake pedal to keep you from rolling back until you step on the gas.

how many old vw on the road, how many old toyotas, nissans, and hondas are there...?Also, honda's do NOT have chincy interior. They are not luxury cars, they are mostly econo boxes. the s2k is hondas first rwd car, give them a break. they did pretty good. I just have one question for u tho jim? if German cars are soooo much better than jap cars, why are there 3 jap cars for every german car on the road?
s2k was not hondas first rear wheel drive car. The Honda "S500" for which the S2000 is the "Grandson" of was the first RWD Honda.
You also have the NSX which was mid engine rear drive, and then the s2000 which is front engine rear drive. Honda has had more experience making cars than a LOT of companies, espcially at a high level.
German cars aren't on the road because there are fewer German car dealers, the cars COST more both up front and in the long run.
Personally there are a few Acuras I would put head to head w/ the Germans in luxury at certain price ranges and they are just as nice.

$27,300 EX V-6 Sedan
$30,900 325i Sedan
$29,975 C230 Sedan
Am I really comparing things in different price ranges?
