      nothing has been posted out there yet so unless the TM guys have done some talking, I've got nothing outside of the rumors I heard last fall that the track would be open for 2007.

        I haven't heard anything from Clyde or Ron as of yet. Regardless, I am pretty sure that we (tintmasters) will not invest into IDrags for 2007. Having to beg people to take advantage of the street legal days was sad/tiring/worthless. There were about 40 people that stood by us for the past few years, and the rest just liked to complain about whatever possible. If I hear anything about the track in 2007, I will keep you all updated.

        Keep an eye out for more Auto-x and road racing events tho :icon_thumright:

              ^I know, its just nice to have a larger number of people, then you can sit and BS with people. Also some people dont want to have to bracket race and loose in the first round. Its nice to be able to go and run. Like at the street legal days.

                            So even though bracket racing is going on.... You can still test/tune; what is the costs? I'm assuming obviously more, but w/o the TM street legals, I'm not going to cry over that if test/tune reglar weekends are available.

                                  You have to pass tech. Battery tie down, overflow, helmet if you're in the 13s, etc.

                                      that means I'll need to change my battery stuff probably. anybody got a link for the 07 rule book(battery relocation in particualar).

                                        No there is not a tire rule.

                                        Battery relocation to trunk requires an NHRA approved battery box (Moroso blue box is our box of choice), NHRA approved cut off switch, and that the battery box is vented to the outside of the vehicle if it is a hatchback.

                                        When you wire the kill switch up, it must kill the vehicle. What this means is the alternator needs to be wired to the battery directly all the way in the rear of the vehicle.

                                          For how my battery is currently hooked up.

                                          I have the original positive cable hooked up to a jumper post. On the back side of the jumper post is where the power wire goes to my battery. So, its like a extension. Would I need to run a seprate wire from the positive of the alternator to the battery?

                                          And should the cutoff switch should be in the possitve cable?
