Plus in ND they reduce the percentage of HCE to annual interest held in business to only 5%....which is nonsense. (granted there are several "groups" that can make an employee fall into this category)
But, once again the cost of living is low, so I can't complain too much.

I bitch about many things having to do with living in MN/ND, but I keep coming back....plus i like paying to live in a good size, well built home, in a nice part of town > crappy condo in shitty neighborhood.
Also, not having to finish college and fight for a job with a million other people rocks my socks off.
