I need 6, 1/2 in (15mm) long 5mm(diameter) recessed top bolts with an allen key bit. MAC's can order them, but only in 100 quantity ($70).

I only need six. any ideas???

um its half standard and half metric? or is the length a estimate? any way far as bolt selection goes ive always found scheels hardware has the best selection ive never once had to order something, but i havent been there since they moved so it could be different now

^the threaded hole is for a 5mm bolt, the depth i need is about 1/2 in, so the closest thing would be about 15mm right??

I'll try scheels. I didn't even think of them when i was running around

Have you tried ace hardware in moorhead? I got some there almost the same exact size awhile ago. They were like a $1.50 each though.

I have bolt like that to cut down. those are pretty easy to find in the 1in length. Unfortunately in need/want the recessed head (see shitty MS paint drawing) if i can't find it after scheels ('cause i've been everywhere else) then i'll just start cutting.

So I went to scheels: I walked in, was taken aback by how "bed, bath, beyondish" it was....Then i got past all of that crap to the actually hardware section. Beautiful. They have everything. I mean it. I'll never bother going anywhere else.
