I have a bare LS head that is all cleaned up with no valves or anything, so if you wanted to throw some valves in there, and use the rest from your head you could.

I have actually seen timing belts on LS motors break and nothing happen to the valves as long as the motor wasn't very high in the rev range. I'd throw a belt on it first and see if it runs, then go from there.

well it depends on what you have to trade, otherwise I've been looking for a integra for a while.
