only thing is it is not as cheap as with a 240sx to get a lsd.

they can go anywhere from $450-900+ for a good lsd... then if you want one for a cable trans your most of the time better off buying a new trans with a factory lsd as it is easier to find but still cost's $600+

Well, the car is done. And I dont regrat a penny I spent on it. I only brought it through the gears hard like twice and shifted at 7 every time. It feels like a low 14/ high 13 second car.

What do you consider as break in will. I did a variable load break in. 3rd gear take it from 40 to 65 and let the engine slow itself back down to forty. repeat for 15 miles. clutch is not brand new.

You have no idea, stock lsd's for a 240sx used, that could be blown still sell for around 300 or more shipped, then add 50+ if you want a J30, and if you dont get the right year, you need axles. ebay diffs for 240's sell for $500+ and after that the cheap quality ones are over $800 plus having to install and shim..... parts for nissans are nowhere as cheap as stuff for hondas.

And clutch break in, is a very good thing. well with a stock honda with no torque it doesnt matter. I've scene a grenaded clutch from numerous 240s that go out and beat on/drift on an brand new clutch.
