No shit. Obviously if you push a damn cart in a parking lot, you automatically see where it goes there is no way that person didn't see their damn cart wedged in my shit. cuz the guy said that the employee had to pull it off since it was wedged. bbbuulllshit. reallly pissed off.

ok so i called up hornbachers to see if they might have footage of the incident. hopefully they find something. They seem like they want to help they said if they dont get to it today they will get to it tommorrow and call me. I will keep yall posted.

That sucks Shandon. I'd call the police again and demand that they at least question the person. Have the employee who witnessed it file their version of the story as well with the police department. Then take the person to small claims court if the cops won't help. Yes, it may have been an accident, but that doesn't mean that they aren't still responsible for their actions.

At least somebody left a note and gave you a starting point toward having the asshole pay for it. Good luck with that one.. I've been hit-and-run way more than I'd prefer.
