Take it to PM if you want to know the name, I'm sure most of the regulars here have concluded that they know who is being referred to and since there is always two sides to every story it is best if the shop is not mentioned by name if for no other reason to avoid drama. So again, if you really need to know, ask him by PM. This should by no means be viewed as me supporting either his claim or the shop...like I said, two sides to everything, just a brief explanation of why they should not be mentioned by name.

the shop your talkin about is pretty obvious and the counter people are assholes if your car isnt real nice or whatever. especially about domestics.
^Aint that the truth^ if you drive a domestic you might as well go somwhere else because all they do is think what the f*ck is this stupid kid doing here. He's trying to make an american-made car look good and drive fast. What a bunch of pricks. -

^^^^^ here that^^^^ last time i was there they were dickstried asking them how much a turbo set would cost and he just went right back to his work rather then helping me -
And whats so funny is that us domestic people have just as much money as the import people do. I went in there a couple of months ago to start pricing out some rims. Needless to say I told them what kind of car I drive and they said they don't have any that fit my car when I know damn well they do. The extent of me going there now is to pick up my buddy when he is having stuff done to his car(03 Civic). There the reason why the "scene" hasnt picked up as fast up here as everywhere else.

well... if we're discussing the place that i think we are... i think it really depends on how you approach them. i agree that this is not the best way to do business, but i also think it helps weed out the people that are just there to waste their time.
i know that there have been a couple of times that i've gone in to ask about something, and i feel obligated to defend my ideas on something before they'll start to answer my questions... almost like it's some sort of hazing.
of course, i might be in the wrong book, but i'm pretty sure that we're all in the same book -
i'm not even sure what shop exactly is being discussed but if some ignorant asshole blew me off and didnt help me because of the car i drive i'd jump over the corner and bitch slap his ass :D. How the hell are they still in buisness if there such arrogant pricks anyway?

^says we cant^ we all know who it is though. And they can do it and get away with it because there are enough rich import btches in the area to keep them in business. I'm not trying to start a Import vs. Domestic War, just simply stating they make all there money off of you import guys. Please don't take offense to the use of the word "Btches". I'm simply using it as a way to express how much this shop pisses me and fellow domestics off. -
ok ok someone just say a word that ryhmes with the shops name or something so no one is to directly blame lol

Everyone should know by now, I agree. I bet things will get outta hand if ya do mention a name. shrug

Anyone if retail/services has probably heard the saying "Please someone and they'll tell one person. Piss someone off and they'll tell a thousand people."
I think that would fit here. -
there are 7 people watching this thread just waiting for some to say the name so they can either lock it up or start a big flame war about which shop is better. Someone just say it already.

Tintmasters....there I said it, ban me

But in there defense, they have always treated me very very nicely, and I have seem them treat there customers (from my point of view) in a very respectful manner. They are one of the largest, gross revenue, shops in town and I don't think they got there through bad customer service.
