Bike Accident on 25th

WOW!! You guys sure are quick at criticizing someone who isn't here anymore to defend himself! From the way the police report sounds, the 15 year old girl, who was driving a vehicle WAY too f***ing big for her in the first place, pulled out in front of him! Whether he was doing a wheelie or not is pretty much irrelevant to the situation. How the hell would his wheelie affect someone driving in a completely different direction?!?! UNLESS of course, she wasn't paying attention when she went to turn! The report also says that was the last thing he was seen doing. How do we know he was still doing a wheelie when the accident actually occurred?? REGARDLESS of who's fault it was (which none of us will ever really know because we were not there), it sucks for both families. So no more stupid biker, and poor little 15 year old girl!! Shit happens and they probably both had something to do with the accident!
Oh yeah...and it's too bad that girl has to live with this for the rest of her life, but guess what!?!?! At least she gets to live the rest of her damn life!!! -
ya, it sounds more like she pulled out in front of him, which is very possible with an inexperienced driver. people make mistakes and neither the girl or the victim should ever have to be put through an experience like this. condolences for both the girl, the victim, and everyone else this has effected.

Oh yeah, I forgot. It's always the bikers fault! F**k that!! :mad: People are so damn stereotypical these days it's disgusting! Yeah, he should have been wearing a helmet, but that was a choice he made. Most people you see riding in town, in fact, don't wear helmets. BUT, because of his choice, there's still no reason people should say he deserved it, and that it was all his fault.

Oh i dont know, maybe cause if I got rear ended by a biker doing wheelies,standing on his bike showing off, and I get injured cause of it...i'd be pretty pissed off, wouldnt you be? Or is it my fault cause Im at the wrong place at the wrong time and I should let the guy who drives wrecklessly in traffic do his thing? -

The fuck does a helmet have to do with decision making, speeding, and wheelies.I dont know if youve ever been down 25th st., especially at 6 oclock at night...but its pretty packed

But what I was trying to say is that the person they're really putting in danger is them self. Car vs. bike...bike will most likely lose 100% of the time. It sucks that they don't think of anybody but themselves at the time, but there's nothing we can really do about it.

You can't be serious! Just because this time it was a 6000lb SUV doesn't mean that it couldn't be someone on a bike or walking next time!
