why would anyone flame you for it? those are some pretty badass motors and the platform is decent as far as FWD goes anyway. Post up some pics and shit already.

i swear your the first person ive ever heard to say that besides other people on the escort fourm. you just made my day lol. oh and its a work in progress lol. ive been buying things paycheck by paycheck. thats why i posted this question lol, because i found that turbo for 200 bucks and its pretty much brand new, no shaft play what so ever. dont really have anything special for pics car is still in one piece, and completly stock. i pulled the motor out of a escort gt to use for the build so i could still drive my car. but i happened to get the motor out of the one year of escort with a shitty crank lol. so i suppose. ill put up some picks lol

here comes out the crappy motor. its too bad only had 88,000 miles. but good news is the tranny is good lol.

oh, yeah the 20g is a awesome street turbo, i would def buy it at that price. The 1.8 is pretty comparable to a 4g63 airflow wise, its gonna be big and laggy but fun as hell once going. Everyone is gonna say you would be better off with a E316G, but fuck em, big turbos are just traction control if you ask me

HAHA, starter turbo. Good luck maxxing that out on the street, its bigger than you think. Should do 400whp easy enough.

idk people are saying that its about the size of a mazda gtr turbo. if you know what that is lol. and people usually make around 250-350hp with. oh and when its done i plan on bringing it to sabin lol. and i guess guys with mr2s run about 300hp with this turbo so idk.

but any way i really want to see this spool a 20g for the street. it will be laggy, but should make good power. if it doesn't blow up, j/k

That car looks oddly familiar, did you go to south?

a 20g will be more than enough for that. but make sure your engine is going to support it.

i would recomend arp's...if they make them for you app. and a good tune....GOOD TUNE
