ok, im looking for d series turbo parts...

I would like to spend about 1200 on a set up. not looking for something big or fancy.

Also joel, thats to big for what i want... I want a gt28r bb or a t25. This is for an autox car and occasional road tracks.

If i cant find something i want around here, i will order an Edelbrock kit with the gt28r bb through work... Its a lil more than i wanna spend, but everything is new, and i get it at cost so it is somewhat worth it, plus it includes the intake mani also.

yeah i told you earlier about what it would cost ot do something.

and the edelbrock kit is nice, but you can make more power cheaper.

ya, now im just lookin for parts. I know your prices are about what im lookin for on the lower end of the prices you gave me, unless i wait for a while im sure you could build me a bad ass setup. I can buy it peice by peice from you too. That would be a good idea. Im not worred about finding a turbo... mostly the other stuff like fmic, piping, mani, and making sure i have all the little things in order and dont miss anything.

And a tune, thats my biggest thing... If i can buy a computer already tuned, like for about 13 psi or so, i can build off that...

go get an ecu from zenocron he is really good at chipping them and providing a decent basemap for you to get it running(not to be driven and boosted on).

also search on honda-tech.com, great deals at times.

yeah just lmk if you end up wanting something.

try to budget enough money to bring it to get tuned, 1-2 hrs is normal

thats cool, i dont care. everyone will know eventually. lol i mean its gonna be my dd, autocrosser, and i will be usin it as sort of a shop demo car... I work at ultimate transportation, and it will be an easy advertising point for our custom work... which no one really knows we do... I know we didnt do the work on that car, but everything else i do will come from there. We do pretty much everything besides tint, paint, and body work...

Its also getting the full autopower cage vs just the rear half that was originally in it. I am doing this as i eventually wanna road race it. And 2 sparcos... i like having the ability to have passengers along for the crazy rides. lol

Its a fun car for sure. It is very stiff the way it is but I was told that it was a little ridiculous with the cage in lol. Mirrors become unfunctional, if that makes sense lol.

Are you serious?? Your car wouldn't run on his basemap and neither would travis's. Yours wasn't even close. Oh, and im waiting for a pm back.

I think travis's car had other issues that needed to be worked out . Not just the base map. And the reason matts car didnt run on it was i forgot to to switch 2 wires for the tps. I dont doubt for a second that their cars would have run well otherwise

I know travis's car had some other issues but we did get it running. Matts car wasn't even close and it wasn't the TPS that was the problem. It had WAY WAY too much fuel and a few other things. I started over from scratch and it started right up. I know that matts wasn't even close.

K I was gonna say if it was a dynojet 245whp @ 15psi on that size of turbo is weaksauce...My setup made 255whp @ 13psi on a dynojet and it's a smaller turbo, that's why I was wondering. I think it's a 42/48 with a 50 trim wheel (whatever it is, it's from a Drag kit I think) and on a log mani with 2.5dp. It looks rather small but makes good power and I get full boost around 3500 in 2nd gear (only running 7psi now...stock clutch won't handle anymore power lol)
