Fuck that guy. My friend live across the street from a guy who did towing and he tried to pull the same shit. Except in the middle of the night he towed my buddies car, and got sued.

Because ya i researched and found out that if it did get towed because it was 'abandoned' I can appeal it and basically get my money back...which is still gay.

No you don't understand...I LIVE there. Once they place that 'piece of paper' on my windshield its says "This vehicle will be towed on ____" and if my car is there, if it moves or not. They will tow it. It's bullshit.

if you get another one go the police department in person with it in your hand looking ready to tear down the wall and tell them you would like to file harassment charges. you spoke to the police about it once, thats all the warning you need to give. instead of getting your car towed you will have your problem solved.

Well like i said, i called in their 'business' because its not zoned correctly and she has more than 11 kids there at a time and its illegal without the proper (expensive) permits. So I imagine they will love that.

Record the next incident with him freaking out on you with a video camera. Then one morning, when the parents drop off their kids, play the video for them and tell them he is running his business illegally. Parents get very critical of child care people.
