another dsm problem

I was driving home from BWW and I went to down shift into 2nd and it wouldnt shift, so by that time I was rolling long enough to shift to 1st and it still wouldnt shift. I had to get my buddy to push my car until it was going fast enough to go into 1st gear. when i got home i pushed the clutch in and the car wouldnt stop.
Is this caused because my clutch is shot, or because i need to bleed my clutch line, or is it because my tranny is shot. Kevin help me out. (again) -

When you turn the car off, can you put it in gear and start it?Does the clutch go all the way to the floor (not much pressure)?
Is there any fluid leaking?
when I put it in gear and try to start it with the clutch in, the car starts to move
there is barely any pressure on the clutch
I dont think there is any fluid leaking, because my res tank is still full

Check for Fluid also look for leaks, if no leaks and there is fluid then have a buddy look at the slave rod and then you pump the clutch and see if it moves. if it doesnt move much try to get the air out of the clutch line system, also a thing to check is your master cylinder! Go under the dash and look where the rubber boot is and see if its been leaking over time.
