The Fallen refers to a single transformer, one of the very first transformers from when Cybertron was first made.

Here's the script. I don't know what version of the script this is, fairly early judging by the date, or even if it's legit.
But after doing a brief read through and comparing it to some of the scenes from the trailers I think it might be fairly close.
It may contain spoilers so don't read it unless you don't give a shit.

I thought they were referring to "The Fallen" too at first, but I have since changed my mind. Judging from the things I have heard, I believe they are referring to the fallen Decepticons.

I have also heard that Scorpinok uses the spark in his chest to bring Megatron back. I think that Starscream returns with a shitload of Decepticons to fucking annihilate. This should be pretty damn good. I just wish they wouldn't limit themselves so much and only use GM cars.
