Yes, it's a kid from north. I've seen him a couple times, then last night i saw him again being a complete douche bag.
I hit the red light on 10th st North and 17th Ave and he is at the other intersection waiting to go across 10th str on 17th ave going East. He sits there for a good 5-10 seconds when the person behind him proceeds to honk their horn. Now.. I don't know if these 2 cars are friends or what. Anyway, he proceeded to idle foward VERY slow (like 5 seconds or more to cross the intersection) and he continues to be a jew until about the sidewalk on the other side.
Now the car behind says fuck it and tries to go around him and the black subie decides he is going to floor it and street race down 17th ave.
They get to the intersection where you turn into the North parking lot (the one near the tennis courts, not by the colesium) and both cars turn in there. From this point, I don't know what happened because my light had turned green.
All I have to say is, If the fuckin douche who drives the black subie reads this.. I suggest you stop being a asshat. And I also suggest you keep an eye on your car 24/7 because soon enough I'm going to take off ur lugnuts and laugh at ur ass when ur tires fall off when your trying to be hot shit.

Im geussin it was just a kid from his school seeing as they were headed that way. I mean you cant say u never have driven slow in front of another person on purpose. It's not the fact that he was going slow across the intersection, its the fact that he has to be a dumbfuck and street race this other car in a residential neighborhood. I do not condone this at all and wish people who do this would hit a tree and be severly injured. Serves you right for being a dumbass.

fyi, it is perfectly legal to call 911 in non-emergency situations. i have no idea what any of the local phone numbers are because not needing to know them is the whole point of 911.
call 911, and when the operator picks up say "this is a non emergency call". if they are busy they'll put you on hold. when they are ready to talk explain what you are seeing, and suggest that you'd like to talk to the police. simple as that. Street racing in town may very well constitute an emergency to the local PD... it all depends on what else they're dealing with at the moment.
i call 911 a few times every winter as i am driving back and forth between minneapolis and fargo. There's always someone in the ditch or the median on I-94 with their hazards on. I call that in everytime it looks like they don't already have help. Getting stranded on 94 in the winter can be fatal...I can't stop to help but I make sure I call it in so that an officer can.

I know him. He's a good friend of mine. Yes he goes to north, which would explain him turning in there. (sort of) But usually he doesnt drive like an "asshat". He is way to conservative to do sumthin like that. well at least i think he is, but i know for a fact he lets his friends drive alot and they tend to drive like "asshats". one kid in particular who even got pulled over on a cruise one night for running a light.

It was my car and i was driving slow because the person behind me did the same to me. i knew them and then they tried passing me so i spead up but i was probably going 35-40 before we slowed down to go into the parking lot. So maybe it was dumb to speed up but its not like i was racing up and down the roads. There are alot of people that do dumb stuff and there is a hell of alot of worse things. Thanks for the insight but making threats is pretty dumb as well. I understand your concerned with peoples safety but chill out. you can't say you've never played around with your friends and never gone faster than the speed limit. I know how to drive. Unless you are perfect then i would stop freaking out cuz there is other complete dumbasses out there.

whatever , i wasn't the person driving on the wrong side of the road and its not like i was doing 80 in a residential like some people so chill out. Many people get tickets for speeding in town and i rarely speed in town and i've never gotten a ticket. So i hope calling me an idiot makes you feel better about yourself.

35-40 is complete bullshit. you were pullin 50 pretty easy. Which if you "know how to drive" would realize that this is double the speed limit. Which then you would realize that could classify as a felony (you did have a passanger so it would be endangerment to that person's life).
