dubbsy i dont know what you are hoping to spend but my little sister used to live in the apts off 45th by those baseball fields and she had a two bed two stall garage for 650ish. i know she had a washer dryer and free basic cable but im not sure if that was just a gimmick to fill the place or not.

The place I'm in now is pretty nice, two stall garage, washer/dryer in unit, the place is pretty large. Just south of 32nd ave, on 42nd st.

Two bedroom two bath, can't remember the name its the first ones on your left as you drive south just past 32nd. There is an office for some cable company or something then my apartment building.

My house will be finished end of June, so I am moving out of my 2 bedroom/2 bath/double garage/washer & dryer in unit/our garage is first double garage out the doors. It is located right off I94 (to the north) and west of Petro. I pay $680/month, and ~$45/month electricity

Heard back about woodstone. $650 for theirs with free cable one internet.
I'd like to stay under $650 (and $650 with free internet is pretty good assuming the internet doesn't suck more than usual for cable one).
Going to have to see what PRG tells me when I tell them I want to move. I think it's 2 months notice (which doesn't coincide for shit with what woodstone has open.)

Amber Crossing has 2 stalls for everything but they don't have a 1 bedroom opening up in the foreseeable future. The PRG Apartments in Osgood have a 2 stall for everything but I'm on hold right now with moving that far south - gets to be a long trip coming from downtown at 5pm to Osgood and then back up to the Fargodome. Haven't ruled that option out yet though.
I'm also inquiring into Woodstone - the new ones by Valley Rental over between 42nd and 45th north of 32nd.I ain't no damned ricer either. shakefist
Check out these ones. Good prices. Good People. Great neighborhood. Huge two stall garages (fit my explorer and my buddies 01 lincoln ls easily with a bike) I used to live there an they are nice buildings. My .02

Under 650? MY place is $690, heat paid. You pay electricity and cable which for us is about $160ish
