In fact, i challenge anyone on here to go 11s on street tires, not DRs, street tires and pump gas 91 in ANY honda FWD that you nutswing on all the time. I did it, on the first time to the track, and i got 24mpg on that tank, in a 364ci v8, not to mention i used it to haul a complete engine a couple days before that, and had 5 people in it a couple days before that, comfortably. The world does not operate on 4cyl hondas like you think. It operates on full size 4wd v8 pickups and suvs, which, BTW, are categories honda cant seem to compete in at all especially in fuel economy and capacity

as ANYONE knows that rwd is better for drag racing. just like mid engine is better for handling(weight distribution and all).

also how does mpg NOT come into effect with a car. why would i build a car that get 8mpg with the same "potential" as a car that can get 25-35 mpg?
ask gary as he is braggin up his mpg, he must be stupid....
think about it a honda can go run 10's and still drive around getting 35+ mpg. that is impressive no matter how you look at it.
can a v8 do it, maybe but most likely not. i can't even beleave you guys are arguing mpg. i mean there is no argument from the v8 side. admit 4cyl is better for mileage. just like a big ass v8 can make big ass hp.

Lol at everything. My pos tracer gets the same gas mileage as your precious hondas. And I just replaced my original thermostat this week. The only thing that has ever gone wrong with that thing is the tranny went out at 180,000 miles due to my fault. And 2 timing belts but thats expected. Now that thing has 210,000 miles and ill line it up stock for stock with any honda with over 200k. Yea Im going to turbo it eventually for shits and giggles. But ill admit that rwd anything is better than any fwd. Im just doing this because its cheaper for me and I can actually do my own shit.
And if you wanna go hp/liter well the mazda gtr which uses the same exact motor as my tracer can pump out over 325whp on stock turbo. So lets see at 1.8 liters id say thats well over 100hp/liter. Show me a honda using all oem parts ruinning 12s.
I didnt get my pos fwd because I thought it would be fast.
And seriously quit taking about gas mileage, if your worried about gas mileage your in the wrong game. Go hug some trees or something.
